Captive material

- Blow IML. A path off a long import hold, and a lower label cost. The longer aim is to replace pressure-sensitive labels on these packs.
- Security face. Higher scratch resistance and a shorter tear-delamination distance, aimed at fragile-paper labels.
- S series PSA. Synthetic self-adhesive paper written as a cost path against coated paper.
- Injection IML. Film for injection tools, written as a cost path against imported film.
Materials
Blowing IML material
High-bond coated BOPP for blow-molded containers. The label heat-fuses to the PP, PE wall and stays in place when the bottle is squeezed. Used for personal care, household products, agrochemicals, food, medical packs and industrial lubricants.

Injection IML material
Film for injection-molded tubs, cups and pails. A printable topcoat holds dyne through hot resin flow, and the backside anti-static coat keeps robotic feeding from double-picking. AIM finishes with a fine orange peel; AIG is high gloss.

Self-adhesive face stock
BOPP face stock for general labels and wet-wipe closures. It prints cleanly, resists water, and reseals without a lasting crease. A series is general purpose, B series is for UV, and S series covers high-density specialty jobs.

Delaminating synthetic paper
Five-layer co-extruded BOPP. When the label is peeled, an internal layer splits and leaves a visible tear, so the seal cannot be moved onto another pack. Used on warranty seals, pharmaceutical packs, spirits and asset labels.

Technical hub
What’s the core difference between blow IML and injection IML label?
Blow IML: with heat-seal coating, higher elongation. Injection IML: usually no adhesive coat, stiffer, high-pressure fusion.
Substrates for blow IML?
PE film / PP synthetic paper, matched to HDPE / PP bottle.
Substrates for injection IML?
BOPP / cavitated PP film, mainly for PP tubs, lids & jars.
What static issues happen in IML?
Double pick, label sticking, dust attraction, misplacement, static sparking.
Difference: blow IML vs injection IML static usage?
Injection IML relies more on static pinning. Blow IML uses vacuum as primary, static only auxiliary.
